If you run a business, create a product, or make content it's important to set big ambitious (but not ridiculous) goals that will help you achieve your vision. Goals alone won't magically make you succeed. It has to be a disciplined process of continuous progress, step by step.

Objectives and key results (OKRs) is a goal-setting framework that was popularized by Google and used by tech and innovation companies to define measurable goals and track their outcomes.

It has three components:

• Objectives - your big hairy audacious goals.
• Key results - result-oriented outcomes that will help you to progress towards your objectives.
• Action plan - tactical tasks to work on a daily/weekly basis in order to successfully complete your key results.

This product is your automated OKR template to set and track goals in a smart way. It's built on Notion where all OKR components are connected, progress is automatically calculated and visualized in a simple way.

Once you get access, click "Duplicate" on the top right corner to duplicate it to your workspace. You can start adding your own objectives, key results and tasks.

This template was initially built for internal use to track the goals of our B2B SaaS business. Now I decided to make it public so others can benefit from it as well.
